AIRSYS is the line of rotary screw air compressors that Poly sells, installs and supports in Colombia, from 5.5 to 410 kW. They are made by Airsys Compressor Co., Ltd., with more than 20 years of experience and a presence in more than 40 countries.
Our offering ranges from fixed speed and permanent-magnet variable speed (VSD) solutions, to integrated all-in-one systems and high-end diesel-driven units for field applications. Backed by world-class components —such as Schneider Electric controllers and Hanbell compression elements—, our systems guarantee safe, clean, dry compressed air with optimal energy consumption.

Fixed speed, variable speed and All-in-One screw compressors
Fixed speed screw compressor
Maximum robustness and reliability for continuous compressed air demands.
PRFF Series: 12 models from 7.5 to 110 kW (10 to 150 HP), 0.8 to 19 m³/min of free air delivery and 7 to 13 bar. Best when air demand is continuous and steady.
Variable speed (VSD) compressor
Superior energy efficiency through frequency drives that adjust flow to actual consumption.
PRVF Series with permanent magnet motor: 7.5 to 110 kW, 0.8 to 19 m³/min and 7 to 13 bar, with direct drive and a Schneider Electric controller. Best when demand changes during the day, since it matches flow to consumption and saves energy.
All-in-One compressor with tank and dryer
Compact "all-in-one" solutions that integrate compressor, storage tank and air dryer.
PRAFF and PRAVF Series: 5.5 to 37 kW (7.5 to 50 HP), 0.5 to 6 m³/min, at 8 or 16 bar, with a 160 to 500 L tank.
High-end with Hanbell air end
PRHVF and PRHFF Series: 7.5 to 185 kW (10 to 250 HP) and 1.1 to 30.4 m³/min, with IP65 motor, oil cooling, Inovance drive and an optional two-stage design. For demanding, continuous operation.
- Customization: 110 to 660 V, single or three phase, 7 to 16 bar, IP23 to IP65 protection and IE2, IE3 or IE4 motors.
Portable and diesel
For construction, mining and drilling:
- Portable electric and diesel (SDY and SCY): 36.8 to 295 kW, 4.5 to 29 m³/min and 7 to 24 bar, for construction, mining and drilling.
- Cabin-type diesel (S60 to S125D): 162 to 410 kW, 18 to 36 m³/min and 18 to 30 bar, for water wells and geothermal projects.
Auxiliary equipment and maintenance
To complete the compressor room:
- Tanks: 300, 600 and 1,000 L, up to 40 bar.
- Refrigerated dryers: 1.5 to 10 m³/min.
- Desiccant dryers: 1.5 to 105 m³/min, with dew point down to –45 °C.
- Filters: Q (3 µm), P (1 µm) and S (0.01 µm).
- Maintenance: first service at 500 hours, then every 2,000 hours.
