PE Blow Molding

PET Blow Molding

PET bottle blow molder (semi-automatic and 100% automatic)

We offer advanced PET stretch-blow molding solutions, developed to guarantee maximum transparency, strength and uniformity in bottles and containers.

Key features:

  • Semi-Automatic Line: The perfect alternative for flexible or medium-volume production. It combines an optimized initial investment with simple operation, economical maintenance and high blow molding quality.
  • Full-Automatic Line: Designed for high-speed bottling lines and continuous operation. It incorporates automatic preform feeding, high-efficiency infrared heating ovens and servo-assisted systems that guarantee ultra-fast cycles with minimal energy consumption.

Which blow molding machine fits your product?

Container capacity and material define the blow molder family:

Based on what you make:

  • Containers from 10 ml to 30 L: cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and food packaging: continuous extrusion blow molder, hybrid or 100% electric.
  • From 30 to 60 L: jerry cans and drums for chemicals, mid-size toys, auto parts, pipes, water tanks, tool boxes and sprayers: accumulator head blow molder.
  • From 90 to 120 L: large chemical drums, large toys and ABS automotive parts.
  • From 160 to 250 L: large industrial drums.
  • From 500 to 1,000 L: water tanks and industrial containers.
  • PET bottles: for water, beverages, edible oils, cosmetics and cleaning products: semi-automatic or fully automatic PET blow molder. Preforms are made on the INYEX Hybrida PET injection machine.

Every blow molder comes standard with a multipoint parison programmer and a touch controller with recipe storage.

Installation and technical service in Colombia

In-house technical service has set Poly apart since 1977.
